Prepare 1 teaspoon of Worcester sauce, 1 large egg and a bit of salt. Clean the mushrooms and chop them. Stew them on the pan for couple of minutes with water and salt. Make them cool down and try to squeeze the liquid out of them , so the cakes will not be too wet.

Add all of the ingredients and you can add any spices that you like. Let the mixture cool down for 15 minutes. After that , you can make cakes from the mixture. After forming the cakes, wrap them in flour , and fry them on the pan softly and after that, put them into the oven for 10 minutes on 175 degrees. You can serve them with fresh herbs salat, or with a bun as a burger.
